Senior Project & Program Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project & Program Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives, complex multi-system integrations, complex business projects beyond technology, and other high-priority initiatives that drive business transformation across FCC. The ideal candidate brings 8-12+ years of project and program leadership experience, including enterprise technology delivery, cross-functional business transformation, systems integration, process improvement, operational change, or similar strategic initiatives. A key part of this role is facilitating executive governance meetings and steering committees, including preparing clear updates, driving alignment on risks and decisions, and ensuring senior leaders have the information needed to support successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale technology programs, complex multi-system integration efforts, complex business projects, and other strategic initiatives from initiation through deployment, adoption, and stabilization.
- Manage complex enterprise projects involving multiple workstreams, systems, business functions, vendors, and global stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive governance meetings and steering committees.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Partner with technical SMEs, business leaders, process owners, and vendor teams to translate technical, operational, and business concepts into clear, outcome-focused communication.
- Lead multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing competing priorities and adapting project management approach based on project type, complexity, urgency, and business need.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience leading complex projects and programs across technology, systems integration, business transformation, process improvement, or operational initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology initiatives and/or complex business initiatives involving multiple systems, functions, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Experience working within complex global matrix organizations.
- Strong expertise in scope, schedule, resource, financial, budget, and risk management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
- 5+ years of experience facilitating executive governance meetings and steering committees.
- Ability to work a schedule that provides substantial availability during Central Time Zone business hours.
- Ability to lead project workstreams and collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, finance, product, compliance, business, and vendor partners.
- Proficiency in tracking, reporting, and communicating project performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
- Commitment to quality assurance and ensuring project deliverables meet expected standards.
- Strong documentation skills, including capturing lessons learned and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading ERP, SAP S/4HANA, ERP consolidation, complex systems integrations, business process transformation, operational improvement, compliance, or other cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Experience working with globally distributed business and technology teams.
