Sales Executive

PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE The objective of the Sales Executive role is to present guests with the opportunity to become owners of a premier vacation experience and to engage them in that experience. KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares daily to welcome clients as a professional sales representative, maintaining appropriate attire and personal grooming. Adheres to the standard work schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Greets every guest warmly and courteously, in accordance with initial briefing guidelines. Effectively utilizes only approved presentation and support materials. Meets individual performance targets within established timeframes. Contributes to achieving the site's overall VPG (Volume Per Guest) and closing percentage within budgeted levels, as set by management. Provides customer service to guests as outlined in training and management instructions. Maintains a high level of knowledge regarding company and competitor products by attending all mandatory training sessions. Complies with all established policies and procedures, as well as role-specific requirements regarding licenses, certifications, etc. Reviews terms and conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing with clients. Effectively secures the client's commitment to purchase. Participates in periodic demonstrations and evaluations with team leaders and sales managers to facilitate effective training, motivation, and continuous improvement. Models and reinforces effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Participates in staff meetings and attends other gatherings, such as seminars and training sessions, as required. QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual), availability to work flexible hours, and experience in vacation ownership (timeshare) sales. Excellent customer service orientation and positive attitude; excellent verbal and written communication skills and high work standards; ability to multitask, follow up, and build business partnerships; attention to detail; ability to navigate ambiguous situations; and openness to diversity.
