Regional Recruiter

 

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Regional Recruiter to support our Delaware market. 

At BAYADA, the Regional Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical professionals including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and other healthcare professionals. Recruiting Managers serve as trusted talent advisors and brand ambassadors, partnering with operational leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies, provide market intelligence, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel throughout Delaware and periodic regional meetings.

As a Regional Recruiter you will:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals across assigned territories
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms
• Identify, engage, and recruit passive candidates in competitive healthcare markets
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and extend conditional offers
• Partner with Directors and operational leaders to understand hiring needs and implement strategic recruitment plans
• Lead weekly recruiting strategy meetings with office leadership and provide updates on pipeline activity and hiring progress
• Analyze recruiting funnel metrics and share market insights, hiring trends, and recommendations with leadership
• Develop and manage compelling job postings and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Support onboarding activities and hiring processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Attend career fairs, community events, and networking opportunities as needed
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters and cross-functional partners throughout the region to achieve hiring goals
• Utilize ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, and recruitment tools to effectively manage candidate pipelines and hiring activity

Regional Recruiter Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting talent in competitive markets
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Home health, home care, nursing, therapy, or clinical recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Agency recruiting experience strongly desired
• Proven ability to proactively source candidates rather than relying solely on inbound applicants
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative partnership skills
• Ability to influence and work effectively with fast-paced, results-driven leaders
• Tech savvy with experience utilizing ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and drive data-informed decisions
• Resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable in a changing recruitment environment
• Knowledge of the Delaware healthcare market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent recruiting experience will be considered

Additional Position Details:

• Location: Fully Remote (Eastern Time Zone preferred)
• Primary coverage: Delaware market with occasional support for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia territories
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time
• Travel: Occasional travel throughout Delaware and periodic regional meetings in Pennsauken, NJ
• Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 base salary plus quarterly bonus opportunity based on performance metrics
