HR Coordinator

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Provide first-level support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll-related information and ensure timely submission of employee changes.
• Support benefits administration, enrollment processes, and employee inquiries.
• Assist with leave management and attendance tracking.
• Support performance management processes and development initiatives.
• Assist in audits and maintain required HR documentation.
• Support implementation of HR programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• +2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with HRIS systems, WORKDAY and TRESS system is required.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Support on Human Resources processes such as onboarding and benefit administration.
• Support HR alignment by collaborating with HR teams across the business to drive consistent execution of HR services. 
• Management and reporting of KPIs, monthly HR metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Skills and competencies such as strong organizational and time management, customer focused mindset, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities and teamwork and collaboration.
