- Champion strong relationships with platform vendors, support partners and internal champion networks, while supporting project delivery and system enhancements.
- Collaborate across Digital, Finance and Programme Management teams to improve integrations, streamline processes, support automation and promote effective adoption through documentation and training.
Skills & experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification or combination of qualification/experience within the IT field.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to read, write and troubleshoot T-SQL queries, stored procedures and views to support automation development.
- Experience supporting both SaaS and on-premise two-tier finance applications, ideally within an accounting, finance or professional services environment.

- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage priorities, problem solve, meet deadlines and deliver agreed outcomes.
- Proven experience in staying up to date with latest technology trends.
- Business process re-engineering and design experience, including process documentation, user documentation and report generation, will be highly regarded.
