Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, your day involves designing, implementing, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure that support seamless software delivery. You will focus on creating robust pipelines that automate integration, testing, and deployment processes. Your role includes ensuring the reliability and security of these systems while collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows and infrastructure performance. You will also monitor and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support design and build of Data360 data models including Data Streams, Data Bundles, DLOs and DMOs under SSE/Tech Lead guidance.
Assist in building data transformations including Data Mapper recipes, identity resolution rules and calculated insights.
Contribute to segmentation, activation and unification pipeline development for personalisation and analytics use cases.
Execute ETL/ELT ingestion tasks into Data360 using platform connectors such as Marketing Cloud, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake and REST/SOAP APIs.
Assist in implementing real-time and batch data synchronisation across enterprise systems and Salesforce clouds.
Support data governance activities including documentation of data lineage, cataloguing and retention rules.
Execute data quality checks and contribute to automated monitoring and troubleshooting processes to ensure Agentforce-ready data assist in tracking Data360 credit consumption and flagging optimisation opportunities.
Contribute to Data360 strategic initiatives including POC builds and repeatable pattern development.
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, data dictionaries and knowledge articles.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and daily standups provide accurate task status and raise blockers proactively.

Technical Experience

1–3 years of Salesforce development experience with working knowledge of Salesforce Data360 concepts including Data Streams, unified profiles and data actions.
Familiarity with Data360 features: DLOs/DMOs, Calculated Insights, Segments and Activation Targets.
Understanding of data modelling principles, ETL/ELT concepts and basic data integration patterns.
Knowledge of identity resolution and data unification concepts within a CDP/Data Cloud context.
Hands-on skills in Apex, SOQL, SQL and Salesforce CLI for development and deployment tasks.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON for data ingestion and integration scenarios.
Basic exposure to Salesforce DevOps processes including Git, sandbox management and change set deployments.
Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce capabilities is advantageous.

Professional Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn new Salesforce platform features, AI tools and agentic frameworks.
Good verbal and written communication skills able to collaborate effectively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to take direction, manage assigned sprint tasks and deliver within agreed timelines in an agile delivery model.
Comfortable working in an onshore-offshore team structure with distributed stakeholders.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus Data Cloud accreditation preferred.
