Senior Tax Analyst

We are seeking a tax specialist to join our Asia Pacific regional tax team based in Hong Kong. This position will report directly to APAC Tax Manager and will support tax compliance and the implementation of tax-related internal control policies and processes in the region. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee income tax and indirect tax in China and other jurisdictions across the region
• Coordinate and support tax audits and self-assessment
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and controversy
• Support internal control and risk management related to CIT, VAT, withholding tax and other taxes
• Capture tax saving opportunities and collaborate with other internal functions for execution

Requirements:                                                                  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a professional qualification
• Around 4-6 years of China and/or Hong Kong tax experience from a Big 4 firm or MNC
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to deal with complex situations involving various stakeholders
• Self-motivated and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
