Project Coordinator 2 - SPV - East Region

Job Description

Our e-commerce team at Nordstrom ensures that customers experience the same great fashion and service on Nordstrom.com as they expect in our stores by remaining committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

The Salesperson Video Project Coordinator 2 will partner with Product and Studio teams to coordinate flow of video samples to video shoots. The goal is to ensure timely flow of items to feed video workflow while maintaining maximum efficiency. Flexibility in hours during peak periods may be required. Minimal travel between office locations may be required.

A day in the life…

• Partner with studio merchandise teams to receive and check in daily flow of video samples
• Maintain inventory accuracy with samples to minimize shrink 
• Organize groups of products for shoots based on average video shoot output and product availability
• Assign product groups to talent for filming based on understanding of current trends, internal product hierarchy, and talent preferences
• Organize and prepare video product notes for reference on-set
• Arrange product deliveries to and from studio and filming stores
• Coordinate product receipt and return for all Paid Partnerships, including entering and tracking product in program tools
• Maintain strong understanding of video process, tools, and systems
• Develop relationships with Production and Project teams to ensure seamless workflow
• Collaborate with internal production teams to identify and address issues with product flow
• Help Production team maintain on-set standards for video production
• Help support launch of new filming regions in collaboration with Production team
• Train new Assistant Stylists on location in filming stores within region
• Attend weekly team meetings and share updates with product in your filming stores

You own this if you...

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• 3+ year of experience working in the fashion industry or related degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Clear verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build healthy relationships with peers & partner teams
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a commitment to following through on agreed upon objectives
• Driven by customer experience and commitment to results
• Ability to lift 40 pounds (samples, boxes, supplies, etc.)

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. 
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$27.50 - $44.00 Hourly
