Responsibilities:

Recruits, trains, schedules manning and staffing, mentors

associates and team leaders, and evaluates production teams; handles disciplinary,

actions and resolve conflicts. Ensures that the VC ILUO system is kept up to date.

Manage vacation, permits, and disciplinary actions along with HR as deemed

necessary.

Assures that the production lots meet the quality requirements and leads

the core teams to improve quality performance metrics within his area of

responsibility.

dentifies bottlenecks, suggest upgrades or ideas for

improvements, reduces costs, and implements approved methods to boost

productivity in a safely manner

Qualifications:

University degree, preferrable but not limited to industrial, mechanical engineering or similar technical degree.

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, automotive industry experience preferred. Rubber industry also preferred.

Quality core tools, and functional competences such us leadership, personnel management, conflict management, communication, drive for results

Knowledge on ISO standards such us 16949, 14001, 45001.

Familiarity with SAP preferred.
