Description
1. Sales
Responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets and allocating targets to team members in accordance with the agreed KPIs.
2. Activities
Responsible for supervising and ensuring that team members carry out business activities in accordance with the established KPIs.
Responsible for coaching, directing, and ensuring that team members actively participate in sales prospecting, selling, and client servicing activities.
Together with team members, or by ensuring team members conduct regular meetings with existing and prospective clients to assess their investment needs and maximize opportunities to promote MAMI products.
Responsible for ensuring effective collaboration between team members and other departments or colleagues in order to foster a supportive and productive working environment.
Responsible for ensuring that all team members perform their duties and responsibilities in compliance with MAMI's policies and procedures.
Responsible for the accuracy of Sales Performance figures reported in the monthly reports.
3. Client Service
Supervise and ensure that team members provide excellent client service by maintaining strong and professional relationships with clients, including managing existing clients' mutual fund accounts.
Supervise and ensure that all client complaints are handled appropriately, professionally, and resolved within the established service standards and timelines.
4. Compliance and Governance
Ensure that all sales and client servicing activities conducted by team members comply with regulatory requirements, internal company policies, and good governance principles.
Supervise and ensure the completeness of client documentation, KYC processes, and business administration activities in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable procedures.
Identify, escalate, and follow up on potential operational and compliance risks that may impact business activities and client services.
