Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow company's business network and revenue.
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.
• Identify and approach potential businesses for onboarding onto the company's platform.
• Conduct company's presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decisionmakers.
• Manage the business onboarding process and ensure a positive client experience.
• Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, events and other sales channels.
• Maintain and actively manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and business opportunities for company's.
• Represent company's at exhibitions, activations, networking and industry events.
• Monitor sales performance, conversions and business onboarding.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Coach and support sales team members to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Gather market and client feedback and communicate relevant insights to management.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for company's growth.
• Work closely with the marketing, product and management teams to support overall business growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, with previous team-leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting
