The Sales Manager here sets that standard -- from the desk to the showroom floor to the guest experience on delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and develop the sales team daily -- coaching Brand Specialists, running structured desking sessions, and driving consistent floor production

• Desk deals with speed, precision, and integrity -- structuring transactions that work for the guest and the business

• Manage floor coverage and the guest experience from first contact through delivery

• Monitor individual and team performance against key metrics -- units, gross per vehicle, closing ratio, lead response time, and CRM compliance

• Partner with finance to ensure clean deal handoffs and a seamless guest experience through the finance office

• Support inventory management in coordination with leadership -- monitoring turn, aging, and lot activity

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new Brand Specialists

• Resolve escalated guest concerns with composure and a hospitality-first approach

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Sales management or senior desk manager experience in a franchised dealership preferred -- strong performers ready to step into management will also be considered

• Chevrolet, GM, or domestic brand experience a plus -- import and luxury brand backgrounds are welcome

• Comfortable at the desk -- able to structure deals quickly, accurately, and with the guest relationship intact

• Process-oriented with strong CRM discipline -- you build a culture of follow-up and accountability on the floor

• Clear, direct communicator who earns the trust of the team and the respect of the guest

• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

• A hospitality mindset -- you lead the floor the way Swickard leads its stores: guest-first, every time

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
