Russian-Speaking Content Moderator | Relocation Support | Bulgaria

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month + benefits

We are looking for Russian-speaking Content Moderators to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

If you have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and are passionate about maintaining a safe online environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content according to company policies.
• Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required.
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards.
• Work collaboratively within an international team.
• Ensure a safe and positive online experience for platform users.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian (C1/C2).
• Good English (B2 or higher).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to make objective decisions while following moderation policies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or trust & safety is an advantage but not mandatory.

Eligibility

Applicants must have one of the following:

• Citizenship of an EU/EEA country, or
• A valid Bulgarian residence card with the legal right to work in Bulgaria.
