Description
Our client is a Group of companies and a leading corporate services provider, offering specialised business solutions to a variety of corporate and private clients. They are currently seeking to recruit a Corporate Services Executive to join their team.
Candidates at an earlier stage in their career will also be considered. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and handling day-to-day requests related to the administration and ongoing maintenance of their companies.
- Setting up new companies and submitting all statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities.
- Attending board meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes where required.
- Opening and closing bank accounts and liaising with banks on a regular basis.
- Maintaining company registers and statutory records in accordance with the Companies Act.
- Corresponding with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other third-party service providers on behalf of clients.
- Collecting, verifying, and maintaining due diligence documentation in line with Know-Your-Client (KYC) procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring ongoing monitoring, compliance, and due diligence requirements for client portfolios are kept up to date.
- Maintaining accurate and updated records within internal systems and databases.
- Honouring service level agreements by delivering high-quality services within agreed timeframes while meeting client expectations.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of relevant regulatory and industry developments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the corporate, legal or financial services sectors.
- Relevant qualifications in a related field. A tertiary level of education is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Assertive with a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to quality service delivery.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
