Corporate Services Executive

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Corporate Services Executive to join our client's team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients while ensuring that all administrative, statutory, and compliance requirements are handled efficiently. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service delivery.

The Corporate Services Executive will liaise with internal teams, regulatory authorities, and external service providers to ensure that client companies remain compliant with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in corporate, legal, or financial services and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and handle daily administrative requests related to company management
• Prepare and submit statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry
• Maintain company registers in accordance with the Companies Act and ensure records are accurate and updated
• Liaise with banks, regulatory authorities, and third-party professionals on behalf of clients
• Collect and verify due diligence documentation while supporting compliance and KYC processes

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within corporate, legal, or financial services
• Relevant qualification in a related field, preferably at tertiary level
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
