What You’ll Be Doing

As an HVAC technician, you’ll be the face of our HVAC team, handling diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for residential systems across Central Indiana. You’ll help customers stay safe and comfortable — and earn their trust through professionalism and craftsmanship.

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless units, etc.)

• Perform tune-ups and maintenance to keep systems running smoothly

• Provide clear, honest communication with homeowners about findings and options

• Recommend repairs or system replacements when needed

• Keep accurate job notes, photos, and records using company tools

• Follow safety procedures and local codes

• Stay current on training, certifications, and new technologies

This Might Be a Fit If…

You’re a sharp, reliable HVAC tech who takes pride in your work and wants to grow somewhere long-term — not just bounce from shop to shop. You value customer relationships, not just task completion.

You have:

• 2+ years of experience servicing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems

• EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)

• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• Knowledge of HVAC components, controls, and best practices

• The physical ability to lift and move 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Communicates clearly and kindly with customers and coworkers

• Believes doing things the right way is always worth it
