STM, a provider of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes (PSA) is seeking a global Business Development leader.
We need a visionary salesperson who can identify product & market growth opportunities that fit within our value-added manufacturing capabilities.
This position requires you to work independently so that we never lose a key account but simultaneously direct our internal team to create and produce products for new customers, applications and markets.
Oh yeah, we forgot to mention:
- That most of these team members do not report to you
- That you will need to control your budget
- That you will need to maximize product profits
- While doing this on a global stage

Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in Business Development.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with project management
- 10-15 years working in the pressure sensitive adhesives industry
- Experience managing a CRM system
