Description
We are looking for a Training Manager to join the team as a key leader, overseeing all training and competency development for officers.

- Identify, train, and develop new officers
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training materials
- Develop and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs to enable supervisors to conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT), lead Safety & Security Induction Courses (SSIC), and deliver other ad-hoc training as needed
- Create and maintain post orders
- Conduct training assessments and evaluations
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on training progress and status
- Develop, review, and update Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Establish and enforce standards for officer code of conduct
- Provide on-site, face-to-face training support as required
- Conduct site visits and assessments at least once every six months
- Perform ad-hoc site visits as requested by SIN DC Security
If you are someone with the following, lets chat!
- Diploma in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Willing to travel around Singapore
- 3 years of experience in training and learning & development
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness
- Leadership and team management experience
