Training Manager

Role Overview:

Develop and implement the structure, systems, and processes required to ensure that training, employee development, and legal compliance initiatives are productive, efficient, and fully aligned with the requirements of internal stakeholders, external customers, and government regulations.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute the Annual Training Master Plan aligned with business strategies.
• Identify training needs through competency gap analyses and organizational capability assessments.
• Establish training effectiveness indicators (KPIs) and monitor compliance with established targets.
• Manage the annual training budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance related to training and employee development.
• Technical and Operational Training.
• Design training programs for operational, technical, administrative, and leadership personnel.
• Ensure the implementation of Skills Matrices across the entire operation.
• Develop competency certification and recertification systems.
• Oversee induction, onboarding, and training programs for new hires.
• Ensure the availability of qualified personnel to support production requirements.
• Implement leadership development and succession planning programs.
• Collaborate with functional areas to identify high-potential talent.
• Design professional development pathways and career plans.
• Promote continuous learning initiatives and competency development.
• Administer Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of training records.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Organizational Development.
• Legal and regulatory knowledge related to employee training and development.
• 90% English proficiency (spoken).
