Description
Position Purpose: Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Cleaning (sweeping or mopping) of driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster area, exterior hallways, laundry rooms, or any other public areas.
- Cleaning dog walk areas.
- Receives and/or delivers shipments to residences
- Assist Residents with transporting personal items such as groceries and luggage as requested.
- Maintenance of flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas
- Backup office personnel by monitoring the area and assist with phone inquiries.
- Caring for and maintaining equipment used in the performance of assigned duties
- Reporting acts of vandalism, destruction of property and suspicious persons observed within the community to the On Site Manager or other designated supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Up to one year related experience and/or training
- Be able to work independently and in a team environment
