Responsibilities

Step into a rewarding hospital‑based OBGYN career where clinical impact, teamwork, and lifestyle all come together. Pediatrix & Obstetrix® is seeking an OBGYN Hospitalist to join our experienced team at HCA Florida Palms West Hospital, serving one of the most desirable regions in South Florida.

🌟 Position Highlights

• Join a stable team of four hospitalists providing 24/7 labor & delivery coverage
• 7–8 24‑hour shifts per month—enjoy predictable scheduling and meaningful work-life balance
• *Recently increased rate and generous sign on bonus
• Diverse responsibilities including:
  • OB triage
  • Deliveries
  • Patient management
  • Surgical assists
  • Fetal monitoring
  • OBGYN ER coverage
• Supported by a Level III NICU, MFMs, neonatologists, and a full range of pediatric subspecialists
• High-volume environment with 1,800+ annual deliveries and 3,200 triage encounters
• Ideal candidates should hold or be eligible for a Florida medical license
