Description

Program Evaluation and Resource Manager

The Opportunity:

As a Program Evaluation and Resource Manager, you will provide mission-critical support to the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM), advancing program evaluation, workforce alignment, resource management, and organizational improvement initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex programs, integrate USEUCOM and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) policies, and streamline staff processes to improve mission performance. You will apply program management, policy development, quantitative analysis, and organizational management expertise to help senior leadership make timely, data-driven decisions. You will also lead task management and knowledge management activities, ensuring staff actions, requests for information (RFIs), and administrative requirements are accurately assigned, tracked, coordinated, and completed on time.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple competing tasks within a fast-paced command environment. This is an opportunity to apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to optimize processes, strengthen governance, enhance workforce effectiveness, and advance readiness across a key Combatant Command mission.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • Experience providing high-impact organizational, administrative, and program management support to senior government, military, or executive-level leadership in a complex, mission-focused environment
  • Experience managing daily tasking processes for a large workforce, including assigning, tracking, coordinating, and closing high-volume staff actions while ensuring timely completion and compliance with security and administrative requirements
  • Experience managing task management systems and workflows in the Task Management Tool (TMT), including command-level administrative actions such as DIA tasking requirements, staff actions, executive correspondence, and RFIs
  • Experience managing joint award tracking and submission processes, ensuring packages are complete, coordinated, accurate, and submitted in accordance with established requirements
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, organize complex workstreams, maintain accountability across multiple stakeholders, and deliver accurate products under tight deadlines
  • Ability to operate independently, anticipate requirements, resolve workflow issues, and improve processes in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in administration, management, and business, Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in administration, management, and business, or 10+ years of experience in administration, management, and business in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience aligning Combatant Command, DIA, or other mission-partner workflows with strategic objectives and operational requirements
  • Experience with knowledge management, SharePoint administration, content management, or development of organizational information repositories
  • Ability to operate independently, anticipate requirements, resolve workflow issues, and improve processes in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
