As a Security Officer Access Screening in Broomfield, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic industrial location, you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and support a welcoming, professional environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a front desk within a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, guests, deliveries, and service personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders according to established procedures.
• Monitor front desk activity, access points, and available surveillance systems to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
