Description
The Company
We’re partnering with a specialist user research consultancy that helps organisations understand their customers through high-quality research. They work with a network of user and market researchers and are looking to grow their presence in the non-government sector.
The Role
As Client Success Manager, you’ll build and grow relationships with new clients, understand what they need and help position the right research support. You’ll work closely with the CEO on the company’s client growth strategy, manage incoming enquiries and develop the researcher and partner network.
You’ll prepare proposals, present services to senior client contacts and help assess which opportunities are right for the business. You’ll also work with the Head of Marketing to support inbound enquiries, and with the Client Services Manager to make sure new work is handed over smoothly. Alongside the Operations Director, you’ll share client insight and help shape new services.
This is a commercially important role, but it’s centred on being a trusted, consultative partner. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and have scope to progress into the SLT over time.
Skills & Experience
We’re ideally looking for someone with experience building strong client or partner relationships in a B2B environment.
You’ll be confident understanding client needs, recommending suitable solutions and presenting proposals.
Experience in user research, market research, UX/CX, research recruitment or a digital agency would be useful, but isn’t essential.
You’ll be comfortable managing incoming opportunities, making commercial judgements and tracking enquiries, conversions and revenue.
You’ll be curious and quick to learn about user research and the services offered.
You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail and be comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
You’ll be happy working three days a week in the Bristol office.
Benefits
This is an opportunity to influence the growth of a specialist consultancy, work closely with the CEO and wider leadership team, and help shape its client partnerships and future services. Hybrid working, good culture, Dog friendly offices, compteitive bonus and many more.
