Your New Role and Responsibilities 
Leidos Australia have an opportunity for a System Administrator to join our team and lead end to end systems integration across complex, multi-vendor environments ensuring hardware, software, networks and platforms operate as a secure reliable and supportable solution. This opportunity will see you partner with customers architects, engineers and delivery teams to deliver successful project outcomes and provide technical leadership across the system lifecycle. 

• Lead system integration activities across the lifecycle including, design, build, integration, verification and acceptance activities 
• Develop and execute integration strategies, plans, procedures and test artefacts 
• Integrate complex systems comprising of hardware, software, firmware, networks and external interfaces
• Identify, analyse and resolve integration risks, issues and dependencies across subsystems 
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and integration team members

What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact 

• Demonstrated experience integrating hardware, software and networked systems within a multi-disciplinary environment
• Strong capability with VMware vSphere suite (ESXi, vCenter), Windows and/or Linux environments 
• Hands-on experience with automation, scripting and IaC tools (Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform or similar) 
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across physical and virtual infrastructure
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, interfaces and integration methodologies

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen who holds a TSPV security clearance and AGO DISA.
