Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting marketing programs and initiatives, owning the delivery of primary components for medium to large products and processes. Key responsibilities include using advanced analysis and problem solving to recommend improvements and solutions, and may own or support marketing operations including performance, risks and controls, production audits/exams/maintenance, and content management. Job expectations include interacting with key business partners and leveraging expertise and technical acumen to define and deliver solutions for moderate business problems.
Support the execution of initiatives that improve content visibility across search engines and AI-powered experiences. Working closely with creative leads, this role helps ensure digital experiences are built, maintained, and published in ways that maximize discoverability while leveraging AEM platform capabilities and standards. This individual will develop expertise in AEM components, publishing processes, content architecture, and AI/LLM visibility requirements while partnering with Marketing, Technology, SEO, and agency teams to support day-to-day operations and enhancement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Support initiatives focused on improving AI/LLM discoverability and digital content visibility.
Help ensure AEM pages are authored, structured, and published in ways that support search engine and AI platform consumption.
Develop expertise in AEM components, templates, metadata, structured content, and page architecture.
Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and review business and platform requirements.
Collaborate with Technology and agency teams through development, testing, implementation, and publishing activities.
Participate in UAT and support validation of platform solutions.
Manage global content elements and shared platform capabilities across marketing experiences.
Coordinate publishing requests and serve as a key liaison between marketing teams and publishing partners.
Identify opportunities to improve content discoverability, platform effectiveness, and user experience.
Build strong relationships with Marketing, Technology, SEO, and agency partners to support successful execution.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of marketing campaign management or project management experience
Self-motivated, positive attitude with proven ability to independently manage aggressive deadlines, complex approval processes, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; strong relationship management skills
Understands the importance of corporate standards, procedures, and approval processes
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear objectives; able to evaluate ideas, prioritize initiatives, quantify benefits, and evaluate performance
Enterprise mindset; demonstrated ability to consider impacts across the organization and prioritize accordingly
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Customer Journey Analytic
