iProspect is looking for a Coordinator, Performance Media to support day-to-day execution across Paid Search and Paid Social channels. This person will work closely with the Director, Performance Media and the Search/Social Buyers, helping ensure every campaign is trafficked accurately, QA'd properly, and paced on track. This opportunity requires someone dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn the buying side of performance media from an experienced team.
Role & Responsibilities
Support the Director, Performance Media and Buyers with campaign trafficking, ensuring assets, tags, and creative are set up accurately and on time.
Assist with pre-flight QA checks on new campaign setups, following the team's checklist to catch errors before launch.
Help monitor pacing and budget checks across active campaigns, flagging anomalies to the Director and Buyers.
Support billing administration and budget reconciliation tasks.
Assist in preparing performance reporting documentation, pulling data and helping format deliverables for internal and client review.
Coordinate with the creative agency and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of assets for trafficking.
Continually learn platform fundamentals (Search and Social) and media operations processes.
Conduct research to support optimization and reporting insights.
Qualifications
Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong-to-advanced MS Office skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), Outlook, PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and comfort following structured QA/checklist processes.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of media planning/buying tools (especially Google Ads and Meta ad platforms) is considered an asset.
Keen interest in digital marketing and a desire to grow into a buying or planning role.
A sense of curiosity and desire to learn from an experienced team.

The salary range for this position is $46k-$48k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
