Ihre Aufgaben:

• Gestaltung von Menü- und Speisenkarten
• Vor- und Zubereitung von Bankettmenüs sowie kalten und warmen Speisen im Tagesgeschäft
• Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Cateringveranstaltungen
• Kalkulation von Buffets, Menüs und einzelnen Speisen sowie Mitwirkung an wirtschaftlichen Küchenprozessen
• Planung und Umsetzung von Buffets sowie Erstellung von Speiseplänen
• Verantwortung für die Warenbeschaffung und -disposition
• Erstellung von Dienstplänen sowie Anleitung und Unterweisung von Aushilfen und Auszubildenden
• Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Koch
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
• Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Kreativität und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
