Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
1.Perform process engineering and production line sustaining for PVD process and tool
2.Work as a team between Manufacturing/ MNT/ UPE/ LBS/ Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
3.Support tools installations as well as process ramp, technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process ramp; tool release business flow
4.Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management
5.Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
6.Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process ramp; operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan(OCAP)
7.Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
1\. Job experience approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
2.Bachelor or Master degree in an engineering discipline (Material Science, Mechanical, Chemical)
3.Positive character and good communication in English and ability to interact with all levels of employees
4.Must able to work in shift pattern inside clean room environment
5.Ability to identify and resolve problems with strategic thinking and presentable
