資金管理部における当該ポジションは、資金残高・日中流動性・キャッシュフローのモニター・管理、資金及び国債取引の決済、各種インベスティゲーション等の主要な業務処理を遂行することが求められます。
当該ポジションにおいて期待される役割・行動:
\- 資金・日中流動性管理の日常業務を通して資金証券部の資金繰りをサポートする。
\- 資金・流動性管理業務を遂行するにあたって、業務処理及び業界スタンダードへの深い洞察力をもって各種課題の解決に対応する。
\- 資金・流動性管理業務における業務面での各種ソリューションを提供する。
\- 資金・流動性管理業務のエキスパートとしての業務推進及び課題分析によって商品サービスの提供に貢献する。
\- 資金・流動性管理業務の新たなテクノロジー・システムを駆使して電子化・自動化を推進する。
\- ビジネス意思決定に際しては以下のリスクを多面的に勘案した上で判断を行うことが求められる。シティグループのレピュテーション、顧客及びその資産、各種法令及び規定の遵守、個人の行動規範及びビジネス慣習における倫理性、透明性を持ったエスカレーション及びレポーティング。
求められるスキル:
\- 3-5年程度の銀行事務経験
\- 資金・流動性管理もしくは決済関連事務経験があるとより望ましい
\- 読書きおよび口頭でのビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力
\- ネイティブレベルの日本語コミュニケーション能力
Job Description:
Citi’s Operations and Technology (O&T) enables Citi to achieve its day-to-day operational and long-term growth goals, enabling execution of Citi’s strategy by providing services, technical solutions and infrastructure across the bank.
Cash Management Operation Vice President is a manager level position responsible for Cash and Liquidity management. The core objective of this role is monitoring /management of balance/intraday liquidity/cashflow, Cash and JGB settlement process, and post settlement investigation etc.
In this role, you’re expected to:
\- Proceed daiy operational task for balance and intraday liquidity management to support funding activity by Market Treasury.
\- Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of Cash and Liquidity management procedures and industry standards.
Offer advanced solutions for assigned Cash and Liquidity management areas.
\- Serve as analytical or procedural expert for Cash and Liquidity management deliverables/initiatives.
\- Assist with the development of new techniques / systems and streamlining Cash and Liquidity management activities for more electronic and systematic transaction processing.
\- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
\- 3-5 years of Banking/Broker Dealer Experience
\- Cash and Liquidity management and or Settlement Operation Experience is preferrable
\- Japanese - Native level
\- English - Business level (Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.)
