What You'll Do
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and technology solutions.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to shape product direction.
• Partner with stakeholders and end users to uncover high-value opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design through launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, infrastructure teams, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Prioritize product investments and release plans based on user value, business impact, and strategic goals.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
• Support and champion quality management practices throughout the product lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
• Experience defining and delivering successful digital, software, or technology products.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with technical teams in software development, data analytics, cloud, or infrastructure environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
- Can this role review and consider experience in lieu of a degree? Yes
- Experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties 3-5 years required

- Strong understanding of digital product management, market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to influence and align engineers, business leaders, executives, and stakeholders around product vision and strategy.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and consensus building.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, operations, and business partners.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
