Sr. Software Engineer, Sales Trading Applications, Information Technology

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Extensive experience with Core Java, OOPs principles, and Data Structures.
• Experience with Angular/Vu.js, Oracle database and SQLs
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional web applications.
• Collaborate with team members across different global offices to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Optimize application performance for fast loading times and a seamless user experience.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and craft solutions to address them.
• Build automated test frameworks for UI components to ensure better code coverage and eliminate functional gaps.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and enforce coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in back end technologies.
• Recommend and implement enhancements in project architecture and workflow to improve development efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 6 - 10 years of Information Technology experience in Application Development or Automation
• Practical experience of using Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, OOPS etc.
• Practical experience of using Web development framework such as Angular 8/VU.js, Node JS, Mongo DB.
• Practical experience of building web applications with user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability.
• Strong team player with a non-political mindset.
• Passionate willingness to self-learn new technologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory
