What you'll be doing...
Enable, activate, and grow your associate consultants: Your primary obligation is to the development and performance of the associate consultants in your practice. You will coach them through complex client scenarios, review their technical outputs, and create the conditions for them to grow into confident, independent practitioners.
Drive outcome-based delivery for EMEA brands: Working across our Snowflake and Databricks teams, you will own specific workstreams and contribute to the design and execution of data platform engagements for leading organisations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Anchor client relationships with credibility and craft: You will engage directly with senior client stakeholders across EMEA, translating complex platform decisions into clear, commercially aware recommendations. You bring the kind of presence and depth that builds long-term trust with enterprise clients.
Shape the practice from within: As a senior voice you will contribute to the evolution of our methodologies, tooling standards, and knowledge-sharing culture. Whether that is through running internal enablement sessions, contributing to proposal development, or mentoring the next cohort of consultants, you actively invest in what makes this team exceptional and thought leadership.
In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:
- Leading a strategic data transformation programme for a key client.
- Ensure data platforms are built to support advanced analytics and AI use cases at scale
- Work with clients to move from data maturity → AI adoption → AI value realisation
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identifying new growth opportunities
- Shaping an internal initiative that enhances Snap’s delivery capability or training strategy
- Establishing credibility as a go-to leader across both client and internal teams
What you'll need to succeed...
We’re looking for someone who brings strategic vision, technical depth and commercial acumen.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Extensive experience in enterprise data and analytics consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, strategic transformation
- programmes
- Ability to design and lead end-to-end data platform strategies aligned to long-term business and AI objectives
- Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms and ecosystems, including Snowflake, Databricks, Matillion, DBT, Pyspark, Fabric data factory/any ETL tool, AWS/Azure Cloud architecture
- Knowledge and experience of implementing SAP BDC or SAP 4/Hana in Databricks/Snowflake.
- Deep understanding of cloud data architecture, data engineering and platform design patterns
- Ability to bridge technical design with business value and scalability
- Good expertise in Agile methodology (preferable Safe certified) / PMP certified, stakeholder management and program planning /delivery end to end.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, commercially aligned recommendations
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor, not just a technical lead
- Strong understanding of how delivery drives business outcomes and revenue impact
- Experience identifying and driving:
- Account expansion opportunities
- New business initiatives
- Ability to balance delivery excellence with commercial success
- Passion for mentoring and developing future leaders and high-performing teams
- Experience managing teams through others while maintaining high standards and engagement
- Demonstrated commitment to organisational growth and capability development
