YOUR MISSION
Lead the end-to-end collaboration relationship management for assigned collaborative partners
Drive X-Business Unit collaborations and act as the collaboration expert for internal stakeholders
Partner with the Global Lead and regional teams to shape the seasonal collaboration roster, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, cultural relevance and key franchise priorities
Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Go-To-Market and Marketing teams to ensure successful collaboration execution
Actively build and maintain a network of cultural leaders, designers, brands and strategic partners to unlock future collaboration opportunities
Support the Global Lead Energy, Culture and Collaborations with the PUMA collaboration strategy
Champion collaboration excellence by identifying new ways for PUMA to shape conversations across sport, fashion and culture
Travel domestically and internationally to meet collaboration partners together with internal stakeholders.
YOUR TALENT
6+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, collaborations, or a related marketing function, or related experience in marketing
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education in lieu thereof
Deep understanding of global youth culture, fashion, and marketplace trends
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across global, regional, and local organizations
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance brand and business objectives
Strong information-seeking and research skills
Entrepreneurial problem solver with a strategic mindset
Capable of developing and initiating initiatives aligned with PUMA’s business needs
Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Ability to travel as required
