Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in analyzing financial and operational performance across different business units/divisions.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process, monthly rolling forecasts, and variance analysis (comparing actual spend against budget).
- Help prepare monthly business review presentations, dashboards, and financial reports for management decision-making.
- Assist with financial analysis of the Bank's performance and profitability metrics against market peers.
- Work with large datasets to extract insights, identify cost-saving opportunities, or highlight revenue drivers.
Requirements:
- Finance, Accounting or Business major
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Good communication abilities
- Attention to detail
- Interest in banking, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or commercial business finance.
