The Opportunity

As a Managed Services - Business Analyst - Senior Associate, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC, you will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements. Responsibilities

- Leveraging data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage
- Utilizing business intelligence tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence and QlikView to create comprehensive reports and dashboards
- Analyzing complex data sets to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborating with teams to manage and inspire others, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Navigating complex situations and embracing ambiguity to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Engaging in stakeholder management to align project objectives with client expectations and business goals
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science
- Utilizing Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) effectively
- Developing insights through advanced data analysis and interpretation
- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and communication
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Leveraging Python and Java for data-driven solutions
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) and QlikView

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
