What you’ll do
- Support SAP HXM projects across implementation, enhancement and transformation activities.
- Work across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
- Analyse HR requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
- Support configuration, testing and issue resolution.
- Participate in workshops and customer discussions.
- Work with wider SAP teams on integrated HR processes.
- Take increasing responsibility for your own functional areas.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of SAP HXM/HCM experience.
- Experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
- Good understanding of HR processes and SAP solutions.
- Experience working on SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and customer-facing skills.
- C1 German and good English.
