__WHO WE LOOK FOR 🦄__

You will own Marketplace MAU Growth team end to end: acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation across all our consumer apps, in every market. Not a roadmap owner who hands over to Engineering, a Product Builder who leads a pod of engineers and designers and is accountable for the outcome.

The outcome is not just MAU. It is a growing, engaged shopper base that generates the first-party data and high-intent inventory powering our Retail Media platform. You will be the person who understands why a shopper opens the app on a Thursday, and how to make that happen in Milan, Toronto and Madrid at the same time.

__WHAT YOU WILL DO__ 🏄

• __Own the full growth funnel__ for our marketplaces: paid and organic acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation. You set the targets, you own the CAC/LTV equation, you decide where the next euro goes.
• __Lead a Product Builder pod__ (engineering + design) with end-to-end accountability: discovery, delivery, measurement. You ship, not just prioritize, also by collaborating closely with Growth, Data and Design teams to unify performance marketing efforts with product-led retention strategies.
• __Scale what works across markets.__ We run several apps on converging codebases; your job is to make a feature that wins in Italy win in Canada and Germany too, and to know when it won't.
• __Manage other acquisition channels__ beyond paid: messaging channels (email, push), ASO, partnerships with adjacent shopping apps.
• __Connect growth to monetization.__ Work with the Retail Media and Monetization teams so that audience growth translates into sellable inventory, opt-in shopper data and better targeting - balancing all of the above with the best shopper experience.
• __Run experimentation as a system__: cohort analysis, holdouts, incrementality on paid channels, and a testing cadence the whole pod lives by.

__WHAT YOU WILL NEED__ 🪄

• __Proven track record in app growth:__ extensive experience in mobile product management and growth engineering, with a demonstrable history of driving MAU, activation, and retention metrics.
• __Full-funnel ownership:__ you have managed or worked hand in hand with paid acquisition budgets, not only in-app retention.
• __Builder profile:__ you have led engineers and designers directly (or as a pod lead) and are comfortable being accountable for delivery, not only for the backlog.
• __Multi-market experience:__ you have shipped the same product in different countries and treat localization as a growth problem.
• __Data fluency:__ SQL, cohort and funnel analysis, experimentation platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar), MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar).
• __Marketplace or ad-monetized consumer product experience__ is a strong plus: you understand the tension between audience and monetization and have lived on both sides of it.
• Comfortable working and collaborating in a __global, distributed environment__, with __fluent English__.
