Description
Are you a creative and proactive marketing student who wants to build a brand and tell the story behind innovative sustainable technology? At Thermeleon, we're looking for a Marketing & Branding Intern to help shape our brand identity, create engaging content, and increase our visibility in the greenhouse horticulture sector.
Our product, the Thermeleon Heat Battery, is an innovative day-night buffer for greenhouses. It improves energy efficiency by strategically reusing surplus heat, reducing natural gas consumption and supporting the transition towards climate-neutral horticulture.
As a Marketing & Branding Intern, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a wide range of marketing activities, from developing our new brand identity to creating visual content, managing our LinkedIn presence, and communicating our latest developments. You'll work closely with the team to translate complex technology into clear, engaging stories.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- **Branding & Brand Identity:** Contribute to the development and implementation of our new branding, ensuring a consistent and recognizable identity across all communication channels.
- **Marketing Materials:** Design and develop marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, one-pagers, business cards, and other visual assets.
- **Content Creation:** Create engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, our website, and other communication channels to share company updates, projects, and innovations.
- **Photography & Videography:** Organize and produce visual content, including professional photography, drone footage, team photos, and project shoots at greenhouse locations.
- **Social Media Management:** Develop and maintain a content calendar, manage our LinkedIn presence, and identify opportunities to increase our reach and engagement.
- **Website & Communication:** Contribute to improving our website and ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand identity.
- **Marketing Strategy:** Identify creative ways to increase brand awareness, communicate our impact, and position Thermeleon within the sustainable energy and greenhouse horticulture sectors.
## Vereisten
\- You're currently studying towards a degree in Marketing, Communication, Creative Business, Media, Design, or a related field.
\- You have a strong interest in branding, content creation, and digital marketing. You have an eye for design, visual storytelling, and detail.
\- You're comfortable creating content for social media, particularly LinkedIn. Experience with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma is a plus.
\- You have excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
\- You're creative, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership of projects from idea to execution.
\- You're comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where priorities can evolve and there's room to experiment.Affinity with sustainability, technology, and innovation is a plus.

OUR TEAM
Thermeleon consists of an enthusiastic and diverse team driven by a sustainable vision and a passion for greenhouse horticulture. We're currently in the startup phase, with measurements and demonstrations at client greenhouses in full swing.
To keep learning from each other, we organize a weekly 'Therming Session' every Friday to share knowledge and wrap up the week together.
We're part of the European Union's Climate-KIC sustainable startup innovation program and receive funding from the NWO domain Applied and Engineering Sciences (TTW), in collaboration with TU Delft.
WORK LOCATION
Our office is located in the monumental Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
