Description
Springdale and Northwest Arkansas: a dedicated grocery run with freight you never touch and a weekly reset at home. New CDL holders get paid to train.

The Paycheck
- $1,100 to $1,200 average weekly gross
- $0.49 per mile to start, up to $0.60 per mile at 3 years
- $10 first stop, $15 each stop after
- Performance and safety bonus
- 1,600 to 1,800 miles a week
Be Ready For
- Night and weekend shifts on a 6 day work week
- Some wait time at pickup
- During training your trainer may run regional or OTR

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- Trainees welcome: a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
