Albuquerque, this is a local fleet feel on a regional paycheck: dedicated grocery runs to stores in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas, and home every week for your reset.
Why Drivers Stay
- Home Weekly: 34 hour reset at home every week
- Dedicated Freight: store deliveries, same region, same lanes
- Short Load Pay: $30 extra for loads under 100 miles
- We Train: refrigerated trailer experience preferred, not required
Pay Breakdown
- $1,200 average weekly gross
- $0.51 per mile to start, $0.55 at 6 months, $0.59 at 12 months, up to $0.63 at 36 months
- $10 first stop, $15 every stop after
- Monthly performance bonus
- About 2,000 miles per week
Know Before You Apply
- Night driving is required, rotating day and night shifts
- Holidays are worked, including Thanksgiving and Christmas
- New CDL holders: $800 weekly training pay while you learn with a trainer

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
