ACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Contrac for MCRP-02 project located in San Fernando, Pampanga

• Administer assigned consultant agreements, lease contracts and subcontracts, including correspondence, payment documentation and contract records.
• Coordinate supporting documents for contractual matters, claims, disputes and arbitration proceedings, including obtaining records and technical inputs from the relevant teams.
• Coordinate insurance claims by gathering records and following up with relevant departments and insurers.
• Draft contractual letters and responses to consultants, lessors and subcontractors for review and approval.
• Maintain organized files and track pending actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• At least three years' experience in contract administration, preferably on a construction project.
• Ability to draft clear contractual correspondence and maintain accurate records.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills, including working with technical, commercial and legal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
