We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber Practice team, part of our risk business at Marsh. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As Malaysia Cyber Growth Leader, you will drive strategic growth and market leadership in cyber risk solutions across Malaysia and the Asia region. You will establish a Cyber Risk Center of Excellence, collaborate with regional leadership, and leverage Marsh's 25 years of cyber expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions. This role combines business development, market positioning, and client service excellence within a complex and evolving cyber risk landscape.

We will count on you to:

• Develop and implement strategies for growth and client retention across the Malaysia cyber market.
• Collaborate with Marsh Malaysia and Asia leadership to establish a Cyber Risk Center of Excellence.
• Drive business development through RFPs, account penetration, and client prospecting.
• Build and promote the Marsh cyber brand through public speaking, client engagement, and media interactions.
• Partner with the Marsh Cyber Risk Consulting Practice to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with regional and global cyber leadership to provide the best resources to clients in Malaysia.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of feedback, idea sharing, and professional growth.
• Utilize Marsh's leading digital tools to improve client outcomes and experiences.

What you need to have:

• Advanced understanding of the insurance industry and cyber risk landscape.
• Commercially savvy with the ability to develop a financial plan and drive business growth.
• Confident presenter and communicator, capable of engaging both small and large audiences.
• Proven track record in leading successful teams and managing talent effectively.
