- Governance & Financial Records: Assist PG leaders in maintaining accurate books of accounts, meeting resolutions, governance registers, and financial discipline.
- Capacity Building & Training: Facilitate block and district-level training sessions for producer groups and community cadres.
- Strategic Linkages & Coordination: Build institutional linkages with local government departments, market actors, and financial institutions under the guidance of the senior team.
- Reporting & Field Surveys: Conduct ground-level surveys, market studies, and maintain routine field reports on operational progress, issues, and financials.

- Language Mandatory: Excellent written and spoken command of Garo is mandatory. Basic ability to communicate in English and Hindi is preferred.
- Key Competencies: Strong community mobilization skills, basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel), and willingness to conduct rigorous field travel.
- Logistics: Having a personal two-wheeler/bike is highly advantageous for field mobility. Candidates must be open to occasional travel to Shillong and Guwahati for official meetings.
