Operations Senior Administrator – 6 month contract

I am seeking an experienced Operations Senior Administrator to join a leading professional services organisation in Jersey on a 6-month contract.

This is a varied role providing support across office operations, facilities and administration. Duties will include coordinating office services, liaising with landlords and external suppliers, managing post, filing and records, assisting with reports and presentations, supporting the onboarding of new employees, acting as a point of contact for colleagues and visitors and assisting with operational projects and general office administration.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a senior administrative, office management or operations role, excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive and practical approach, strong attention to detail, good knowledge of MS Office and the ability to work professionally and confidently with colleagues and external contacts are essential.
