Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive - IT Staffing to drive business growth through new client acquisition and account management. The ideal candidate should have a strong client network, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in IT staffing sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services.
· Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
· Collaborate with recruitment teams to fulfill client staffing requirements.
· Negotiate commercial terms and ensure successful deal closures.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing Sales / Business Development.
· Strong existing client database and industry network.
· Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
· Experience in Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing, or RPO sales.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Preferred
· Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
· Proven experience in acquiring and managing clients with hiring requirements across ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday, etc.) and niche technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Data Engineering, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.
