Eligibility :

• 3-5 years experience working in an animation production environment
• At least three years experience managing an IT Department
• Must have effective and professional communication skills
• Must be able to motivate, mentor and coach a talented and diverse team
• Must ​possess strong time management and organization skill
• Must be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
• Must be a forward-thinker and enjoy challenging the status quo
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft platforms including Office 365, Windows OS, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, etc.
• Experience with VMware, Dell EMC Isilon and Box is preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk software, Adobe Suite, Toon Boom Software, Python, Avid, Shotgun and other animation production software/scripting is a definite asset.
• Knowledge of PC hardware as well as animation-specific hardware (e.g. Wacom Hardware)
