About the Role: We are looking for a highly structured, detail-driven operator to support and gradually take ownership of the operational execution of the Betty Shop. This role focuses on precision, consistency, and reliability. You will work closely with the Head of Betty Shop to configure items, run promotions, maintain the shop structure, improve features, and analyze performance, always with the goal of delivering the best possible experience for Betty’s players. This is an execution-heavy role with room to grow into broader ownership through demonstrated quality, judgment, and initiative. The Betty Shop is a core part of that experience. It allows players to earn and spend loyalty coins on rewards such as free spins, features, and physical merchandise. The Betty Shop is not a storefront, it is a live system that directly impacts player engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Every item, promotion, and configuration must be carefully planned and executed to ensure a consistent, fair, and high-quality experience for players.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage shop items, rewards, and promotions using internal back-office tools, ensuring accurate setups, consistent item placement, and well-organized categories that follow established rules and requirements.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of shop updates, initiatives, and releases, ensuring all changes are properly prepared before launch.
• Collaborate with the Content team on new game launches and shop additions, while coordinating with CRM on communications related to sales, promotions, and other shop initiatives.
• Monitor shop performance through regular reporting, analyze the impact of changes, identify successful and underperforming initiatives, and provide actionable insights to support continuous optimization.
• Support experimentation by tracking results, evaluating outcomes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets used as configuration backups and shop catalogs, ensuring data accuracy and reliable documentation.
• Perform thorough quality checks before launching any changes, proactively identifying potential risks, inconsistencies, and edge cases to prevent errors.
• Take accountability for mistakes, communicate issues transparently and promptly, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, internal processes, and documentation to increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a zero-mistake mindset
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel). Comfortable with formulas, structured tables, and maintaining data integrity
• Highly structured, calm, and methodical working style
• Ability to work with data, reports, and performance metrics
• Clear communication and comfort asking questions when something is unclear
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over delivered work
• Alignment with a players-first mindset in decision-making and execution

Nice to have:

• Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn
• Experience in iGaming, marketplaces, or complex digital products
• Interest in improving operational processes and documentation
