The Opportunity

The Group Product Manager, End-to-End Membership will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the complete Member lifecycle, from initial registration and onboarding through engagement, account management, renewal, and retention. This leader will combine customer empathy, strong product judgment, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.

This role will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other Product teams to translate Member needs and business priorities into scalable experiences and measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do

Membership Product Strategy

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, multi-year roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Member Experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Member behavior, pain points, and purchasing journeys through research, analytics, experimentation, and direct feedback.
  • Identify initiatives that advance acquisition, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and business outcomes.

Member Experience

  • Own and continuously improve key Membership journeys from initial registration through ongoing account management and renewal.
  • Improve onboarding experiences so new Members understand how to get started and realize value quickly.
  • Develop experiences that clearly communicate Membership benefits, requirements, status, and available options.

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Lead products from discovery and requirements through development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate Member and business needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlogs, and release plans.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and balance long-term platform improvements with near-term Member experience gains.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, accessible, and supportable.

Lead Across the Organization

  • Align Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and executive stakeholders around shared outcomes.
  • Champion the Member perspective in planning, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Communicate performance, decisions, risks, recommendations, and learnings clearly.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, establishing clear ownership, decision rights, quality standards, and accountability.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive product management experience, including leadership of complex, customer-facing digital products.
  • Experience developing and delivering customer–facing digital products, discovery, recommendations, personalization, marketplace, e-commerce, or similar data-intensive products.
  • Working knowledge of search relevance, ranking, information retrieval, recommendations, personalization, or machine-learning-driven products.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into clear strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong command of product analytics, KPIs, experimentation, prioritization, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Operations, and other business stakeholders.
  • Clear, influential communication and sound judgment with senior technical and business leaders.
  • Ability to work from Copart’s San Francisco office and travel to operating locations, Dallas headquarters, and customers as needed.

How Success Will Be Measured

  • A clear Member Experience strategy, roadmap, operating rhythm, and measurable product outcomes are established.
  • Improve key Member satisfaction and engagement metrics.
  • Disciplined experimentation, transparent reporting, and data-informed road-mapping become standard practices.
  • Priority capabilities are delivered with quality, reliability, and execution discipline.
  • Strong alignment and accountability are established across Product, Technology, Data, Operations, and business leadership.
  • The Member Experience product team develops stronger capability, clear ownership, and future leadership depth.
