• Lead change management and program management activities associated with new HR processes, technology implementations, organizational changes, and business transformation initiatives.

• Provide HR process leadership and operational support for acquisitions, divestitures, and integration activities, ensuring successful transition and adoption of compensation-related programs.

• Lead the deployment and sustainment of new global HR policies, programs, governance frameworks, and process standards while ensuring consistency across geographic regions.

• Manage external compensation vendors and strategic partners, including service performance, contract adherence, issue resolution, and continuous improvement opportunities.

• Strong program and project management skills with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience defining, measuring, and improving operational performance through service delivery metrics and process excellence methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across multiple organizational levels.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting global HR service delivery or shared services organizations.
